The new boardwalk footpath which will link Middle and West Wichel is now under construction. Contractors Keystone are constructing the slightly raised route which will allow the route to be used all year round.
Running alongside Kingfisher Island the route will connect into the housing areas via a series of bridges crossing the watercourses.
