The two Green Streets run east west across the site and are marked out by a change in materials with the houses built of reconstituted stone. A central path will run through the planted green strip linking the green spaces which run around the boundaries of the development areas. In addition each Green Street contains a square with the northern Green Street including a play area.
The northern Green Street includes a 400m long path
The homes along the Green Street have different coloured windows and doors to the other areas of the site. As the streets are built out blue and green doors will start to appear.
On its western end the path is terminated by a walnut tree. This is a replacement for a walnut tree which was growing in the area prior to development started but had to be removed as it would have been impacted too severely by the development.
